At Tara Ventures, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality baby care products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of baby care and hygiene-related products, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Opened hygiene or personal care products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Customers may still be eligible for a return if the delivered product meets the return criteria outlined above.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
  3. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
